Our Commitment to Safe, Compliant Operations
Nimbus Prime Views LLC conducts all flight operations in strict compliance with Federal Aviation Administration regulations and applicable safety standards. Safety and compliance are not optional considerations — they are the foundation of how we operate.
Scope of Services
Nimbus Prime Views provides documentation and data capture services.
Nimbus Prime Views is not a licensed inspection, engineering, or land surveying provider. Any aerial imagery, video, or data we provide is intended strictly for visual reference and general informational use. It does not constitute an official inspection, certification, structural assessment, building code inspection, statutory home inspection, or survey of any kind.
We make no guarantees or determinations regarding structural integrity, property boundaries, regulatory compliance, or safety conditions based on our deliverables. For determinations of this nature, clients must consult appropriately licensed professionals.
Our role is to capture clear, structured visual documentation. Interpretation, certification, and licensed assessment remain the responsibility of the client and their qualified professionals.
FAA Compliance
All drone operations conducted by Nimbus Prime Views are performed in compliance with:

FAA Part 107 regulations

Applicable local, state, and federal airspace restrictions

LAANC authorization requirements where applicable
No operation is conducted in violation of FAA rules or airspace authorizations.
Final Authority — Go / No-Go
Nimbus Prime Views retains sole and final authority over all flight operations. Flights may be delayed, rescheduled, modified, or canceled due to:

Weather conditions, including wind, rain, lightning risk, or reduced visibility

Airspace restrictions or LAANC denial

Safety or operational concerns

Aircraft or equipment limitations
This authority exists to protect people, property, and the integrity of every flight.
Weather & Flight Conditions
Operations are conducted only in safe visual and operational conditions. Our standard practice includes:

No flights in unsafe wind conditions

No flights during precipitation, lightning risk, or reduced visibility

Flights limited to FAA-compliant daylight or civil twilight operations unless specifically authorized
Weather-related cancellations or delays are rescheduled at no additional cost when operations cannot be safely completed.
Civil Twilight & Night Operations
Standard operations are limited to civil twilight periods. Night operations require proper FAA authorization and Company approval. Any deviation from standard daylight operations must be pre-approved in writing.
Airspace & LAANC
LAANC authorization may be required for operations in controlled airspace. Additional considerations may apply for complex, restricted, or controlled airspace zones. Nimbus Prime Views reserves the right to decline flights in restricted or unsafe airspace at its sole discretion.
Safety Priority
Safety overrides all scheduling requests, deadlines, and client directives. Nimbus Prime Views will never conduct operations that are unsafe, unlawful, or that compromise flight integrity.
